In this acoustic journey, Neapolitan singer Raiz, accompanied by Radicanto, travels across the Mediterranean, crossing the precious bridges that exist between the musical (and cultural) expressions of the many peoples who live on its shores.

The songwriter’s powerful yet elegant voice blends with the rhythms and echoes of Radicanto’s strings and percussion, flowing like an endless river. Sephardic cantigas, psalms, Neapolitan songs, tango, North African and Middle Eastern rhythms: different languages chasing each other, representing the Mediterranean as a borderless world. The album is part of the recordings made on the occasion of the concerts of the Fonè Music Festival Piaggio 2021. The concerts, organized by Giulio Cesare Ricci, took place in the Piaggio Auditorium in the famous museum in Pontedera. Also for this recording was used a field effect recording technique, natural sound, without the use of equalizers, no sound expansion and compression systems.

All this to bring the listener back to his home hi-fi system, the live effect, as if he were present at the concert. No editing. All tracks on this album are reproduced as they were played.
