50th anniversary release celebrating the John Wayne western with a score composed by the living legend, John Williams. The Cowboys, released in 1972, was the maestro’s biggest pre-Star Wars score. A much-needed restoration job featuring a complete rebuild, remix, remastering and expansion was done for a CD reissue in 2018 and sold out. This Gold 2 LP set is the first-ever official vinyl release.
