Up until now Clutch’s 2007 album From Beale Street To Oblivion has never been available on vinyl. This beautiful double LP is remastered and comes in a classic gatefold package. The Joe Barresi-produced 12-track effort is anchored by one of Clutch’s all-time classic fan-favorites, “Electric Worry” which Lemmy of Motorhead proclaimed was the band’s “Ace of Spades.” From Beale Street To Oblivion was the first studio effort released by Clutch on their Weathermaker Music label.
LP2 consists of 5 live tracks that were recorded for BBC broadcast in London on November 11, 2006 at the Maida Vale studio, home to the BBC Symphony Orchestra and site of legendary recordings by The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Clash and John Peel Sessions to name a few. It also includes 4 live tracks professionally recorded by MoshcamTV at the HIFI bar in Melbourne, Australia during the band’s first tour of the continent on December 13, 2007.
